About Protect Duty Consultants
The government is currently consulting on potential new legislation, the Protect Duty, which is about making publicly accessible buildings, and those who operate them, legally bound to assess and mitigate potential risks from terrorism.
The scope of Protect Duty is far-reaching and will require organisations to engage with issues around security and counter-terrorism in new and meaningful ways.
We are trained in counter-terrorism security coordination with significant practical experience and planning, including Ministerial and Royal visits, Olympic Games, Air festivals and major events including deployment and planning within the G7 Summit.
We have reviewed and implemented protection plans for National and Defence critical assets, to counter threats from Espionage, Terrorism, Sabotage and Investigative journalism.
Our training team are all former members of UK Special Forces or Counter Terrorism policing and Police Specialist Firearms Units. We have been accountable within sensitive organisations and government agencies, for the physical, personal and cyber security of 1000+personnel, both at home and abroad, inclusive within a hostile environment.
